By using Wanderloot you agree to these terms.

What it is

A discovery app suggesting off-the-beaten-path places (“gems”), provided for information only and generated partly by AI and third-party sources.

Accuracy & real-world safety

We work to verify gems but cannot guarantee any place is open, accurate, safe, publicly accessible, or legal to enter. You are responsible for your own safety and conduct — do not trespass, avoid unsafe or restricted areas, follow local laws, and use good judgment. You visit any location at your own risk.

Your account

Keep your login secure; you’re responsible for activity under it.

Your content

You keep ownership of photos and notes you add, and grant us a license to store and display them within the app to provide the service. Don’t upload content you don’t have rights to or that is unlawful.

Acceptable use

Don’t attempt to break security, spoof your location to cheat, scrape the service, or abuse the AI features.

Service “as is”

Features may change or be discontinued. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TenTwo Group LLC is not liable for damages arising from use of the app or from visiting any location.

Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law

State of Florida, USA.
